of 3 Stages.
STAGE I : Diploma of
Frontline Management
The Diploma of Frontline Management is
flexible and open, providing choice of which common skills are required
and by allowing skills to be included from basically any industry area.
The Course has 11 Subjects:
BSBFLM 501B – Manage personal work priorities and professional
development
BSBFLM 503B – Establish effective workplace relationships.
BSBFLM 505B – Manage operational plan.
BSBFLM 506B – Manage workplace information systems
BSBFLM 507B – Manage quality customer service.
BSBFLM 509A – Facilitate continuous improvement.
BSBFLM 510B – Facilitate and capitalize on change and improvement.
BSBFLM 511B – Develop a workplace-learning environment
BSBFLM 512A – Ensure team effectiveness
BSBFLM 514A – Manage people
BSBMGT 505A – Ensure a safe workplace
STAGE II : Electives - 11 to be selected from
the following:

Introduction to Business Communication
Economics
Organizational Behavior
Accounting
Business Communications
Marketing
Human Resource Management

Managerial Accounting

Plus any other subject deemed relevant by the Course Director
STAGE III – Three Independent Study Projects
Human Resource Management
Marketing
Finance
The candidate will be examined in these subjects by the writing of an
8000 – 10,000 word thesis.
He will need to fill in the attached application form.
Equivalent level works from the other colleges, universities,
institutions or training centers can be transferred to the degree
program.
METHOD OF TEACHING
Students can email to the course director or supervisor any problem
related to their studies.
COURSE
DURATION
The normal duration of this program is approximately 3 years. There
is no time limit imposed on the completion of the program.
