Tanjung Piai
is a cape in Johor which is the southernmost point of Peninsular Malaysia and also the most southern point of mainland Eurasia. The skyline of is visible across the Johor Strait from the point. It features seafood restaurants, perched on wooden jetties that are surrounded by a rugged and rarefied coastline of unspoiled mangrove forests.  Tanjung Piai has a good representation of mangroves (22 mangrove tree species).  It is also an important habitat for migratory and resident birds.  Tanjung Piai is a nationally important icon, being one of only five RAMSAR sites in Malaysia. Standing at Tanjung Piai you can loudly claim yourself to be the southernmost living person standing in the whole of mainland Eurasia!

For that recognition to be there, you can receive an award (a being-certificate) that Mr. So-and-So or Ms. So-and-So has been to the southernmost tip of Mainland Asia, ..... you know what, not just Mainland Asia but the whole of Mainland Eurasia.  But, of course, you have to pay a small amount of Ringgit (or money) for this being-certificate. Trans Odyssey can take you to Tanjung Piai - the Southernmost Tip of Mainland Eurasia!  At least you have now being proclaimed to be one of the biped beings who have reached and set foot on one and the one of the 4 tips of Mainland Eurasia - northernmost, southernmost, easternmost and westernmost tips.  Now that you as Mr. Odysseus of the Age of Aquarius should be very proud to have reached this mystical landmark and witnessed some replica primate human-like ancestors living in the second largest mangrove forest in the world (as claimed) here in your Odyssey.
