The 6S + 2UP Good Corporate Housekeeping Enneagram for Higher Productivity, Safer &  Better Working Environment

A one-day (8hrs) seminar conducted by Professor Dr. Tan Man Ho based on the ideas and techniques developed from research materials regarding the process of the Japanese 5S system of good housekeeping and the enneagram principles for maintenance of the total corporate cleanliness for higher productivity, safer and better working environment.  This program is specially developed based on understanding the Japanese 5S system for good housekeeping and incorporate with latest 6S+2UP Enneagram principles that added an additional 'S' and takes into consideration people working on the useful in-process items and the useful information inputs and the proper cleaning and disposing of the trouble-creating dust, wastes and items that result from the operational activities in an organization. 

Objectives:
