History

Established and registered in Malaysia on July 19, 1995, ManHo Management Consultancy, MMC           (Reg. No. JM 0225440-A) was born out of a philosophy typical of the Gurdjieffian, the Ouspenskian and the Real World Systems of thought that man's own social activities and interactions would create the organizations (artificial outer world objects) in accordance to sociocosmic laws and come into being independent of his will. Sociocosmic vibration in the human body begets the 7 groups of sociocosmic "enneagrams" known to us as organizations or corporations and they operate in a cosmological scale subjected to World 48 and World 96 sets of laws. It is drawing and extracting more and more human energy to perfect its own 1st, 2nd and 3rd bodies setting up more and more rules and regulations, laws and all kinds of conceivable "capsules" to trap man's inner and outer worlds and produce mechanically his World 48-96 octaves.  The contemporary technocosmoses are the noisiest amongst the biological, the sociological and the natural beings coating the surface of our Mother Earth.

MMC was created to function as an "organization" for the harmonious development of the sociocosmic stopinder beings, and uses basic business principles to run its operations. It provides them the consultancy services to improve, strengthen and perfect themselves as possible healthy organizations. It is the only few fourth way institutes in the world that uses fourth way principles not directly to develop the holistic constituents of an isolated human being but rather to developed his sociocosmic hydrogens which is takes on inner concentrations bearing the jargon 'business', 'finance', 'economics', 'technology', 'strategies', 'administration', etc. that have permanently settled as a psychological crystallization reciprocally growing and maintaining itself in each and every human body en masse, and creating and maintaining the Great Sociocosmic Being.  It can be verified that the totality of vibrations called "business" is found in the psychology of every socially responding being within the captivity of his A & B influences.

MMC serves to play a small but significant role to contribute with a higher level of understanding for the perfecting and balancing of neighboring organizations. It provides solution to organizational problems and mentor corporate goals for its client.  It is run on business sharing principles and offers management consulting services to clients for negotiated fees.

Since its operation in 1995, it has conducted strategic management studies for corporations in the plastic industry, conducted feasibility studies, conceived river theme parks and developed cash flows for island resort 2 to 4-Star hotels and chalets projects for those corporations in the hospitality industry, developed corporate identity and human resource system for chain stores and did write-ups for companies intending public-listing.

It began domestically but gradually moves into the international arena especially China and Vietnam, its current facilitating focus.

The philosophy of organizational holistics and sociocosmic therapeutics is the cornerstone of our management consultancy.

ManHo Management Consultancy as a functioning sociocosmic stopinder being vibrating along the first note (do) of the 4th fundamental sociocosmic octave (FA-Business Organization) is dedicated to the application of the Gurdjieff, Ouspensky and associates philosophy into the sociocosmic platform (or the Periodic Table of Sociocosmic Entities) in the Real World.  Its scope is currently confined to the services of research, consultancy, training and facilitation for existing and expecting business organizations, groups and individuals.  Its vision is to assist in the creation of a new world order of harmonious functioning organizations, groups and individuals, that is, all the three primary stopinders. Its current capacity and potential is to start it in a small, modest but significant way.  It is based on a customer-centered philosophy that also includes the seller as a deserving customer of equal status.

MMC's mission is to provide within its ability and capacity quality services that will satisfy clients and is directed towards business organizations, groups and individuals.  The services are research, consultancy, training and facilitation oriented.  As a solution provider, it seeks to contribute to the health, prosperity, harmony and longevity of baby and young sociocosmoses that are functioning in the Great Sociocosmic Being. This is its essence moral still available behind countless pseudo-moralities or "canned good with ulterior motives" easily available at every stone throw.

It must be emphasized that MMC is not a Fourth Way School as its main focus is not on harmonizing and developing the potentials of the individual man but rather on his sponsored organizations and various relates located outside him in the objective trialectics. It can be reckoned as the application of fourth way and enneagramic principles to business and  organizations as objective beings in the real world, for which the motivating impulse and desire is based on an important point in Ouspensky's work, namely,

"What I call the 'new chapter' refers to the study of life. Until now the centre of gravity of our study was in ourselves; this will continue, but it is necessary to begin to study external things and try to understand, try to form a right opinion about external things. We will not be able to go further, or to go far, if we cannot learn to discriminate between external events." P.D. Ouspensky, A Further Record, p. 35

Its mission is directed mainly towards harmonizing the functions of those artificial social-technical instruments of the technosphere such as groups, team, families, organizations and those technical systems with primitive artificial intelligence invented "desperately" by human beings independent of their will for the purpose of "exploiting" the world at the expense of environmental depletion in the presumed "belief" that these instruments will benefit and save humankind. Because these sociocosmic stopinders will not hesitate to mercilessly without conscience extract 24 hours or even 24 + 1 hours of your valuable 24-hour life force per day available to you, a phenomenon caused mainly by the wild goose chase for money, assets and profits under the pressure from competition and the mysterious quest for world class excellence, they have begun to pose a disturbing threat to the natural functioning of the human race causing chronic frictions between the biosphere and the technosphere (Anthony Blake).  Something must be done at the noosphere launch-pad for the start to restore balance to the biosphere, the sociotechnosphere and even the noosphere itself.  And this cannot be accomplished without the "third line of work" or organizational work. The sociocosmoses are real world entities with real forces to be reckon and cannot be resolved satisfactorily through the Charity Methodology alone.
